Meet Saturday Sauce — a Middle Eastern starter sauce and kitchen essential, now available in a 1 gallon jug for restaurant food service, events, catering, or for people who use Saturday Sauce as often as we do. 

This tomato-based is inspired by a family recipe and is made with fresh vegetables, select organic ingredients (over 70% organic) chosen based on Environmental Working Group's Dirty Dozen, is naturally vegan and gluten free, and is an absolutely delicious pantry staple. This matbucha-inspired sauce is typically used to make Shakshuka but it pairs well with so many other dishes like fish and meat, grains and veggies, soups and stews, and so much more. It can be used as a dip, condiment, spread, topping, or marinade. 

Each gallon is equivalent to about 8 x 16 oz. jars.
