We love a bloody mary that's extra spicy and extra briny, and this Saturday Sauce x Quincy bloody mary is it. All you need is a handful of pantry items to make this savory cocktail that's the perfect pairing with brunch any season.
Serves 2
INGREDIENTS
- 16 oz. Saturday Sauce, blended
- 2 oz. Quincy olive brine
- 2 oz. lemon juice
- 24 oz. ice (enough to fill two 16 oz. glasses)
- 4 oz. vodka, divided
- Squeeze of fresh lemon
For Garnish
- Quincy olives
- Pickled mini Spanish peppers (optional)
- Celery stalks (optional)
DIRECTIONS
- Blend 16 oz. (one jar) of Saturday Sauce until the texture is smooth.
- Add your Quincy olive brine and your lemon juice to the blender.
- Fill two 16 oz. glasses with ice, and pour your bloody mary mix over the ice.
- Add your vodka (2 oz. per glass) and a squeeze of fresh lemon juice over each glass and stir.
- Add Quincy olives to a toothpick and top your glass with the toothpick, plus any of the other optional garnishes like pickled mini peppers celery stalks.
