
Israeli Pizza

Serves 1-2 People
Pizza Crust (I used a Banza Chickpea Crust)
3-4 Tbsp. Saturday Sauce
Handful of Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
Handful of Sliced Green Olives
1/2 Cup (ish) Sweet Corn
Crumbled Feta
Chopped Fresh Parsley
- Preheat your oven and bake or toast your pizza crust as instructed by the package.
- While your pizza is in the oven, prep your ingredients (slice green olives if applicable, cook corn, chop parsley).
- Once your pizza is toasted, cover with Saturday Sauce. Top with shredded mozzarella, green olives, corn, and feta. Return to the oven to melt cheese (timing depends on your oven and preferences, probably 15-20 min).
- Take your pizza out once the cheese has melted to your liking and top with chopped fresh parsley.
Another substitute/addition that would work well is fried eggplant!
