Edam Grilled Cheese

 

A golden, gooey grilled cheese upgraded with Saturday Sauce. Crispy on the outside, melty in the middle, and packed with savory flavor—proof that sometimes the best meals are the simplest ones.

Serves 1

INGREDIENTS

  • Spray or drizzle of Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO) or other oil
  • 2 slices of Edam Cheese
  • 2 slices of bread
  • 2 Tbsp. Saturday Sauce

 

DIRECTIONS

  • Spray a pan with some EVOO and heat.
  • Spread Saturday Sauce on one slice of bread, then top with sliced edam cheese. Top with remaining bread and grill the sandwich on one side until the bread becomes golden brown and crusty. Cover with a lid to allow the cheese to melt. Flip to the next side and do the same.
  • Cut in half & enjoy!
