Edam Grilled Cheese

Serves: 1 Person

 

2 x slices of Edam Cheese

2 x slices of good bread

2 x spoonfuls of Saturday Sauce

 

  • Spray a pan with some EVOO or avocado oil & heat.
  • Spread Saturday Sauce on one slice of bread, then
    top with sliced edam cheese. Top with remaining
    bread and grill sandwich on one side until the bread
    becomes golden brown and crusty. Cover with a lid
    to allow the cheese to melt. Flip to the next side and
    do the same.
  • Cut in half & enjoy!
